Terms of Use
The service
X&X Hub lets you create an account, design a TapScene in TapScene Studio, and publish it at xandxtap.com/x/your-username. A TapScene can also open from an X&X Tap Card or Ring once one is activated. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Notice.
Launch preview: no purchases yet
Ordering, payments, shipping and referral rewards are not available yet. Nothing on this site is sold, and prices shown are planning price points that may change. Some plans or features may be turned on for an account by X&X Tap without a purchase; that grant can be changed or withdrawn. When ordering opens, it will have its own terms covering payment, delivery and returns.
Your account
- Give a real email address you can read, choose a strong password, and keep it private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- You must be at least 13 years old.
- Your username becomes part of your public TapScene address. We may refuse, change or reclaim a username that is misleading, impersonates someone, infringes a name or brand, or breaks these terms.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you create and upload. You give X&X Tap permission to store, process (for example, resize and re-encode images) and display it as needed to run your TapScene, and to show it publicly once you publish. Only publish content that you have the right to use and that is accurate about you.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to break the law, harass or deceive people, impersonate others, publish malware, phishing or unlawful, hateful or sexually exploitative content, infringe others' rights, or interfere with or probe the service beyond normal use (including automated sign-ups and password guessing). We may unpublish content or suspend an account that does, and we may remove content we are required to remove.
Availability
The service is provided as it is, during a launch preview. We work to keep it running but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we may change or pause features. Keep your own copy of anything important.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, X&X Tap is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service during the launch preview. Nothing here limits rights you have under law that cannot be waived.
Ending use
You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account at support@xandxtap.com. We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and we will tell account holders by email about significant changes. Questions: support@xandxtap.com.
