Every plan includes the Tap Card, a TapScene in X&X Hub, all three ready templates and black or white looks. Features beyond the shared essentials are proposed — not live purchased entitlements — until the entitlement matrix is approved. Suggested fits are recommendations, not restrictions. No subscription, delivery fee or warranty terms are stated here because none are set yet.

Do people need an app to open my TapScene?
No. The card holds a normal web link. Their phone offers to open it in the browser, like any link.
Which phones can read the card?
Many recent iPhones and NFC-enabled Android phones can read NFC tags. On some Android phones NFC must be switched on in settings, and the reading spot can differ by model. Because compatibility varies, your TapScene link can always be shared directly too.
What does the card actually store?
Only one permanent web link to your TapScene. Your photos, links and details live in your TapScene — you control them in X&X Hub and publish only what you want public.
Can I change my TapScene after my card arrives?
Yes — that’s the point. Save drafts privately, publish when you’re ready, and every tap opens the latest published version. No new card, no re-writing the chip.
Is ordering open?
Not yet. X&X Tap is in launch preview: payment checkout, shipping fees, delivery times and the returns policy will be published before sales open. “Choose a plan” lets you pick a plan and start designing — it does not take orders or payments. For updates, write to support@xandxtap.com.
Can I use my own logo or photo instead of initials?
Yes. Every plan can show a monogram (like “MA”), your own logo or your own photo. Your logo is always separate from the small “Powered by X&X Tap” mark at the bottom.
Will everything in the Signature preview appear on my live page?
Not yet. The previews show the proposed experience. The current X&X Hub alpha publishes identity, links, sections and YouTube videos to your live page; the full Signature tile and background design is the next development step.
Is there a referral program?
The Founder selected a 10% commission (capped at ₱200 on a first eligible purchase) for the initial launch program, calculated on the eligible paid order subtotal (excluding shipping, taxes and refunds). Every TapScene may carry its owner’s private referral code. One level only, verified paid orders, no self-referrals and a refund holding period. The program is not yet live: there are no real rewards or payouts in this review build.
